All orders placed with Wellwood Wedding Stationery (WWS) are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions in full before placing an order with us, if you have questions regarding these terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You will instructed to read the terms and conditions and sign a contract before any payment is taken. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to your acceptance of these terms.

Wellwood Wedding Stationery reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Shipping & Delivery (Stationery Orders)

WWS offers shipping within the UK, this is generally done through a next day, insured courier service. Please note delivery times may vary throughout the UK.

Courier shipping starts from £50 per package, accurate pricing will be given during the quotation process. Insurance will be purchased to cover the full value of your order. WWS is not responsible for any delays, damages or loss of the parcel or contents once it is handed over to the shipping provider. At present we offer shipping to the UK and Republic Of Ireland, other countries may be added in the future if demand dictates this.

We offer a delivery service, where a member of WWS will deliver your stationery within a 20 mile radius of Bangor, County Down, N. Ireland. The standard delivery fee is £25 and a delivery slot will be agreed in advance with WWS. We also allow for collection of your stationery from our Bangor based studio, this is dependent on availability and a suitable time will be set by WWS if collection is requested.

Shipping (Sample Packs)

WWS offers shipping within the UK and Republic Of Ireland for our sample packs, this is fulfilled via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage and Royal Mail International Standard. We would expect a UK order to arrive within 2-3 business days depending on location. Please note delivery times may vary throughout the UK and Ireland.

Emails/ Communication

At WWS we strive to respond to all emails in a timely manner, although being a small business we sometimes get more messages than expected. Please let us know if your email is urgent and we will endeavour to get back to you quickly, otherwise we usually respond to emails within 1-3 days depending on workload.

Deadlines & Timings

All timings on our website are estimates, your actual timeline will be dependent on when your stationery is booked, responsiveness to check/ approve proofs and complexity of finishing techniques.

Our estimates allow for plenty of time to create an order, but sometimes circumstances outside of our control can cause delays. While this is unusual, it can happen that we are unable to guarantee our normal turnaround times. We will always keep you informed of any known delays or deadline changes.

Cancellations

Our bespoke design fee starts at £500 and is non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with your order, the design fee is not refundable. The reason for this is that it will cover any research, work or designs completed to date.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to error. We provide 3 proofs before requesting final approval. We ask that you check each proof carefully to ensure all details, spelling, grammar, QR codes, website info and content are present and correct to your liking. WWS cannot be held responsible for amendments requested after approval has been received.

At WWS we have quality control standards, however some finishes such as hot foil stamping may have some variations in impression depth, registration and other characteristics caused by the nature of being pressed by hand.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all stationery orders, the cost of this deposit is discussed after consultation and a contract is signed in agreement. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order at a later date.

In rare circumstances if an order is cancelled after production has started, WWS has the right to retain full payment. Any refunds are at the discretion of WWS and we always try our best to be fair when making these decisions.

We also offer a booking deposit of £150*, this is to allow couples to secure their wedding date even if they are not ready to discuss the finer details. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with your order. *Please note the £150 booking deposit will be deducted from your final invoice when you place your full stationery order with us.

Product Sizes

Please make sure to check the sizes of our products before ordering as different sized envelopes and cards will incur varied postage rates. We recommend checking postage pricing before ordering your stationery and also having a completed suite weighed at your local postal office to ensure accurate postage when sending invitations to guests. Our suites vary in weight so postage prices will vary depending on the weight of the finished piece.

Design Fees

Our bespoke design fee starts at £500, this is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order. You will be given a quotation for design fees based on the complexity of design and time allocated to create it. This quote will allow for 3 revisions of the design, anything beyond that point will incur a charge of £50 per hour. Our design fee for bespoke On The Day stationery (OTD) is £250 and includes 3 revisions. Bespoke OTD stationery includes, ceremony booklets placecards, table plans, welcome signs, table numbers, menus, etc.

Our standard design fee for semi-custom suites is £150, this includes 3 revisions of the main invitation (invite/ details/ RSVP) which is usually more than enough. If you require additional revisions, they will be charged at £50 per hour. Our design fee for semi-custom On The Day stationery (OTD) is £150 and includes 3 revisions. Semi-custom OTD stationery includes, ceremony booklets, placecards, table plans, welcome signs, table numbers, menus, etc.

Proofs & Amendments

Both our bespoke and semi-custom designs will allow for 3 proofs. These proofs will be uploaded to Trello or sent via email. We ask that all details are checked on your proofs, including that all content is present and correct, as well as spelling, grammar, QR codes, website info and wording choices. WWS cannot be held responsible for amendments requested after final approval has been received.

Production

Production will be scheduled for each order and deadlines will be communicated to you. In the event that rush orders are required (production in under 4 weeks), a rush fee of £250 will be added to the order to allow for this quick turnaround time.

Colours

Please note that proofs uploaded to Trello or sent via email will not always present accurately on your computer or device screen and the final, printed colours may appear differently. The reason for this is that computer, monitor and device screens are formatted with RGB (Red, Green, Blue) colour profiles but digital printing is a four colour process called CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). We do not offer Pantone specific printing but we will endeavour to offer you a close match in CMYK if a certain colour is requested.

Samples

Sample packs are now available to purchase through our Shop. The luxury sample packs include 5 cards, showing examples of cardstock, specialised printing techniques and finishes. Our sample packs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Pricing

We have a General Price Guide available to view on our website. Please note this is only a guide and a full and accurate quotation will be provided after consultation. We reserve the right to change our pricing on our website at any time and without prior warning. We cannot be held responsible for misinterpretation of the pricing shown but are always willing to discuss in more detail if desired, feel free to contact us via email. Customers who have placed their order will avail of the original pricing structure at time of booking unless stated otherwise by Wellwood Wedding Stationery.

Payments

Deposits are required to secure your wedding date with us. We offer a general booking deposit of £150* to secure a slot without all information; alternatively personalised quotes for a full order will be given after consultation. We ask that a 50% deposit* payment is received to secure a detailed order and your wedding date. We will provide banking details and ask that all payments are made via electronic bank transfer.

*All deposits are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with your order. Please note the £150 booking deposit will be deducted from your final invoice when you place your full stationery order with us.

Contract

Before a booking is confirmed, we will ask for a deposit to secure your booking, accompanied by a signed personalised contract. Once we receive a signed contract and 50% deposit, we will start working on your stationery. Contracts protect both business owners and consumers, they are normal practice within the wedding industry so please do not be alarmed.

Returns

WWS do not accept returns on any product. If you have an problem with any aspect of your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Confidentiality & Privacy

WWS endeavours to protect your data and have a detailed privacy policy. In regards to your stationery, unless specifically stated WWS can display stationery created for you on their website, social media platforms, and at wedding/ trade fairs. This does not include sensitive content that may include addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

Website

At WWS we have worked hard to ensure the information shown on our website is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to change the information on our website at any time and without prior warning. We cannot be held responsible for misinterpretation of the information shown but are always willing to discuss in more detail if desired, feel free to contact us via email.

Copyright

All stationery designs, artwork, and website content are the property of WWS and not to be reproduced or recreated without written permission. We do not offer file sharing in order for you to print your own stationery or produce the work yourself.

We will never copy another artist’s work. We do sometimes use licensed items to produce our designs. Any stock images, graphic elements or fonts that have not been created by WWS are fully licensed for their intended use.

If you choose to submit personal work to be included in your stationery, you are stating that WWS has the right to use these elements and we are not responsible for infringement of copyright or your intellectual property.
